Participation is selective. Submitting an application does not create a booking or guarantee acceptance.

Nothing is automatic. Each stage decides whether the next one is appropriate.

Initial consultation and suitability review
A private conversation. We review whether Q Ayurveda™ appears appropriate for you, and what duration, format and level of support would make sense.
- Stage 3
Secure health information, if appropriate
Only if the initial review is positive, and only through a secure process. Detailed health history is never collected through an ordinary public form.
- Stage 4
Personal retreat proposal
A proposal prepared around you: recommended duration, format, location, preparation before arrival and the structure of your protocol.
Private application
Short by design. We ask only what is needed to judge fit, format and timing.
Please do not include diagnoses, medication lists, medical documents, detailed health history or test results here. If the initial review is positive, health information is collected separately through a secure process at Stage 3.

This first form deliberately collects very little. It is enough to understand who you are and whether Q Ayurveda™ may be appropriate — and no more.
Detailed health information is never collected through an ordinary public form. If the initial review is positive, it is gathered separately at Stage 3, through a secure process, and only where it is genuinely needed to plan your protocol safely.

Q Ayurveda™ is not appropriate for every person or every condition.
Before acceptance, each applicant completes an initial consultation and suitability review. People with serious, acute or unstable conditions, complex medication, recent surgery or significant medical risk may require medical clearance or may be advised to seek a different level of care.
Q Ayurveda™ provides personalised Ayurveda, complementary assessment, selected wellness technologies and mind coaching. These services do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. Individual experiences vary. Applicants with serious, acute or unstable conditions may require medical clearance before acceptance.
This process is not emergency care. If you need urgent medical help, contact your local emergency service or your physician.

Master Retreat enquiries often come from an assistant, a family office or an adviser rather than the participant. That is expected. Submit the application in the same way and note the arrangement in your message — we will coordinate discreetly from there.
