Two Assessments.
One Personalised Protocol.

Q Ayurveda™ brings Quantum Medicine and Ayurveda together within one deeply personalised retreat process.

Q Ayurveda™ brings Ayurvedic assessment, Panchakarma, personalised nutrition and herbal support, complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment, selected technology supported sessions and mind coaching into one coordinated retreat process.

Your food, oils, herbs, treatments, frequency programs and daily rhythm are selected together, reviewed each day and adjusted according to how you respond.

What Q Ayurveda™ is

A Retreat Designed Around the Person, Not a Package

Q Ayurveda™ is for people who require more than a standard wellness program. It is designed for recovery from prolonged pressure, deeper detoxification when appropriate, performance support, prevention and healthy ageing.

Every retreat begins with a detailed understanding of the individual. The team reviews Ayurvedic findings alongside complementary bioresonance and frequency based observations, then creates one personal protocol covering retreat duration, food, herbs, teas, supplements, therapeutic oils, Panchakarma procedures, technology supported sessions, mind coaching and follow up.

The protocol is not fixed at the beginning and repeated mechanically. It develops with the participant. Digestion, sleep, elimination, energy, nervous system response, emotional state and treatment capacity are reviewed throughout the retreat. The program may deepen, slow down or shift toward nourishment and recovery according to what the person can safely receive.

The central principle

The plan follows the person. The person is never forced into a standard protocol.

Quantum Medicine and Ayurveda

Quantum Diagnostics and Ayurvedic assessment. Two perspectives, one protocol.

Neither is a supplement to the other. Quantum Diagnostics and frequency based assessment provide one perspective. Ayurvedic assessment, pulse evaluation and clinical observation provide another. Q Ayurveda™ exists because both are brought together around one individual.

01 Quantum Diagnostics

Quantum Diagnostics and frequency based assessment

Complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment provides one perspective on how the person is currently functioning, and may help refine frequency programs, recovery sessions and selected elements of the personal protocol.

02 Ayurvedic Assessment

Ayurvedic consultation and pulse assessment

Pulse evaluation, constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition, nervous system and treatment capacity provide the other. This is the clinical logic behind food, herbs, oils, Panchakarma, Rasayana and the sequence of the retreat.

Where the two systems meet

  • Quantum assessment Ayurvedic assessment One interpretation
  • Frequency findings Pulse, constitution, present imbalance One therapeutic decision
  • Quantum Healing and frequency programs Panchakarma, oils, herbs, food One retreat protocol
  • Daily technological observation Daily Ayurvedic observation Daily adaptation
Quantum Medicine

Quantum Healing and Panchakarma, organised around the same individual.

Quantum Diagnostics — complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment, carried out with the team behind Plasma Saal — reads one layer of how you are currently functioning. Ayurvedic assessment, pulse evaluation, digestion, tissue condition and nervous system read another. Neither is interpreted alone.

Where appropriate, this work can begin before travel: a submitted hair sample may be used for a remote complementary bioenergetic assessment during preparation.

What follows is interpretation, not output. Quantum findings and Ayurvedic findings are read against each other, discussed by the team, and reduced to decisions a person can actually live through in a day — which Panchakarma procedure, which oil, which herb, which frequency program, and when to do less.

  • Quantum Diagnostics — bioresonance and frequency based assessment
  • Quantum Healing — personalised frequency programs
  • Read together with pulse assessment, constitution and present imbalance
  • Applied through Panchakarma, oils, herbs, food and daily rhythm

These methods are complementary. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.

Before, during and after

Personalisation Begins Before You Arrive

The retreat may begin several weeks before travel. Preparation is used to reduce unnecessary strain, understand suitability and help the participant arrive ready for the level of work that is appropriate.

  1. 01

    Before arrival

Depending on the person, this may include an online consultation, health and lifestyle review, preliminary Ayurvedic evaluation, dietary preparation, selected herbs or teas and a gradual reduction of foods, habits or substances that may interfere with the process. A submitted hair sample may be used for a remote complementary bioenergetic assessment when appropriate.

  2. 02

At the beginning of the retreat

Both assessment perspectives are reviewed. The team establishes the initial treatment sequence, daily intensity, nutrition, therapeutic oils, herbs, supplements, technology supported sessions and appropriate mind coaching.

  3. 03

    Every day

The participant is observed and the protocol is adjusted. Food may change. Oils may change. Herbs, teas, frequency programs and the Panchakarma sequence may change. Rest may become more important than another treatment. A deeper procedure may be delayed until the person is ready.

  4. 04

    Before returning home

The team reviews the retreat response and prepares recommendations for the next phase. Follow up usually continues after three to four weeks.

Focus areas

Three Reasons for Attending

01

Recovery and Deep Detox

For people living with prolonged exhaustion, disturbed sleep, digestive imbalance, chronic tension, emotional overload or a nervous system that no longer settles easily. The aim is not aggressive cleansing. It is to determine whether the person needs preparation, carefully directed detoxification, nourishment, restoration or a sequence that combines all four.

02

Performance and Elite Sport

For professional and competitive athletes, executives, founders and high performing individuals who want to support recovery, sleep, mental focus, resilience under pressure, energy management and long term performance capacity. The protocol may combine nutrition, supplementation, recovery focused Ayurvedic therapies, selected technology sessions and mind coaching.

03

Longevity and Rasayana

For clients interested in prevention, vitality, tissue nourishment, healthy ageing and sustained physical and cognitive function. The program brings the Ayurvedic Rasayana perspective together with personalised recovery and longevity technologies, while recognising that some people need cleansing and others need nourishment first.

The detail

Every Element Is Individually Prepared

Personalisation must be visible inside the therapies, not only in the consultation.

Consider Abhyanga. The therapeutic oil is first selected according to constitution, present imbalance, digestion, tissue condition, nervous system and treatment goal. The selected oil may then be paired with or prepared using an individual frequency program selected through the Q Ayurveda™ assessment process.

The second perspective can shape that choice. If the complementary bioresonance and frequency based assessment indicates a pattern interpreted as high inflammation or increased inflammatory activity, that information is considered together with the Ayurvedic findings when selecting cooling, balancing or otherwise appropriate oils, herbs, food or therapeutic media.

The same principle may be applied to Shirodhara oils, local oil treatments, teas, herbal preparations, nutrition, supplements, meditation programs and selected emotional support protocols.

Q Ayurveda™ method

Every element begins with Ayurvedic individualisation and may then be further refined through the Q Ayurveda™ frequency based approach.

A day inside the retreat

A Full Day Organised Around Your Protocol

Depending on the retreat format, current condition and treatment capacity, a day may include up to four Ayurvedic or Panchakarma therapies and up to four personalised frequency based or technology supported sessions.

This may be accompanied by individually prepared meals, herbal teas, herbs, supplements, consultations, daily observation and mind coaching where appropriate. The number of sessions is never the objective. Some participants benefit from a fuller treatment schedule. Others need more rest, quieter pacing or a stronger focus on nourishment.

Three dimensions, one process

  • Ayurvedic purification and restoration

Ayurvedic assessment, Panchakarma, food, herbs, oils, Rasayana, daily rhythm and continuous adjustment.

  • Complementary technology based personalisation

Bioresonance and frequency based assessment, personalised frequency programs and selected recovery, performance and longevity technologies.

  • Mind coaching and emotional integration

Mind coaching, hypnotherapy and regression work where appropriate, with attention to pressure, internal conflict, established patterns and performance blocks.

Retreat formats

Three Ways to Experience Q Ayurveda

The method does not change between formats. What changes is privacy, schedule, property, service and how much of the team is available to one person.

01

Group Retreat

A maximum of eight participants share a selected premium location and general retreat rhythm. Each person receives an individual assessment, food plan, therapies and daily adaptation. The group is small enough to preserve personal attention without removing the quiet social quality of a shared retreat.

  • Maximum eight participants
  • Premium shared setting
  • Individual protocol
  • Daily adaptation

02

Private Retreat

For one person or a couple. The schedule is organised around the individual, with increased flexibility, greater privacy and closer access to the team. The location is selected according to the program and practical requirements.

03 — The most private format

The most private and fully supported format, created for an individual, couple, family or private party.

It may include exclusive use of a boutique hotel, villa or premium property, no outside guests, dedicated practitioners, personalised meals, optional transfers, concierge support and structured follow up.

Three fields of expertise. One coordinated protocol.

Follow up

The Process Continues After You Leave

Q Ayurveda™ is designed as a process, not an isolated stay. At the end of the retreat, the team reviews the participant's response and may repeat selected assessments. The closing recommendations may include food, herbal teas, herbs, supplements, Ayurvedic routines, sleep and recovery guidance, frequency programs, home technologies and further mind coaching.

A follow up is usually arranged after three to four weeks. Depending on the person, this may include an online Ayurvedic consultation, a new submitted hair sample, repeat remote complementary assessment, progress review and adjustment of the home protocol.

Continue your protocol at home

Personalised oils, teas, herbal preparations, supplements, selected home programs and recommended wellness technologies are offered only when they form a meaningful continuation of the participant's protocol. Q Ayurveda™ is not a generic product shop.

Selective by design

Q Ayurveda is not appropriate for every person or every condition.

Before acceptance, each applicant completes an initial consultation and suitability review. People with serious, acute or unstable conditions, complex medication, recent surgery or significant medical risk may require medical clearance or may be advised to seek a different level of care.

The retreat provides personalised Ayurveda, complementary assessment, wellness technologies, mind coaching and supportive care. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from a licensed physician.
